Chris commenced this position with Mercy Education Ltd in January 2023 and was previously the Regional Leadership Consultant (formally Principal Consultant - Secondary) at Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools for the Northern Region for ten years. He was Head of Staffing and School Operations at St Columba’s College in Essendon, and prior to that he was Vice‑Principal Pastoral Care at Marcellin College Bulleen. Chris has also had experience working in Western Australia at Mazenod College Lesmurdie.

Chris sees the key responsibilities of this role is in educational expertise and leadership development for our school leaders, as well as Faith Formation professional development working collegially with other members of the Mercy Education Executive staff.

Chris completed a Masters of Business Administration- Executive, ACU (2018), and a Masters of Education Religious Education, ACU(1999).
