Kelly-Ann is the current Head of Legal, Institutional Australia, Europe and America for the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. She has also held the position of Company Secretary, ANZ Bank Europe Limited and Head of Legal, Relationship Banking Institutional. Kelly-Ann was the Acting General Counsel Corporate Centre, Technology and Dispute Resolution, as well as Head of Legal, Markets and Corporate and Structured Financing Institutional.
Kelly-Ann is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria as well as the High Court of Australia.
